At SkyFi Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure safe transit.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided shipping label and ensure the package is fully insured, as SkyFi Audio is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
