The Story

General

*Purchase one of these with any of our Technics turntables and we'll be happy to install and adjust it for you.

The best tonearms use fluid damping and now your Technics can have this desirable feature.

The KAB TD-1000 consists of a precision machined trough, tonearm paddle, and special silicone fluid. It easily installs in minutes.

The paddle rides in the fluid, controlling sudden movements of the arm. It also helps suppress sound vibration within the tonearm tube.

Improves tracking on warps in records, and tracing of minute details. You'll hear better bass and clearer vocals and a sound stage that stands dead still in the room.

Works great at all speeds including 78 RPM. True worldclass performance.

Fits all of the new models: The SL-1000RE, SL-1200G, GAE, GR and GR2, SL-100C, SL-1500C, MK7, and SL-1300G.

Installs in minutes and is designed to fit perfectly as it were made by Technics.  Even manually queuing the tonearm feels better, more supple and smooth.

Available in black or silver to perfectly match your turntable.
